Thank you Ooma Butterfleye for sponsoring this post.
This is a very exciting time in my life! I am going into my final year of university and I am moving into my first apartment! I am so excited to have a beautiful space to call my own and make into a home!I am excited to have my own place with my best friend and have space, room to cook, relax and enjoy my last year of University. But renting a place comes with its own responsibility and ensuring that the place we call home is safe. I am relieved that my apartment will have Ooma Butterfleye to keep an eye on our place when we aren’t around.
Now of course I am not expecting for our place to be broken into, our building is very safe. But if you have a room mate or friends who come over, and if you might not always know the friends of your roommate who come over, having this Ooma Butterfleye keeping an eye on the place can give peace of mind to everyone.
You could also set this up in your room, if you have a roommate and keep anything valuable in your room. The amazing sleek design of the camera allows for it to blend in seamlessly with room decor. Of course we want to think the best of people but there is nothing wrong with protecting your own space and feeling like you can keep an eye on things from anywhere.
I really love that this is all connected through the app and I can check in anytime, they have also designed advanced options so you can have facial recognition, and back up incase of a power outage or internet loss.
I won’t lie I am super excited to have this camera, as my apartment is pet friendly and my dog Libby will be coming to stay with me a few times while my parents are on vacation. This way I will be able to keep an eye on Libby and make sure she is okay while I am in class.
Personally I feel like everyone needs to have one, and everyone will have a different need but from checking on pets, to seeing when your kids make it home, to monitoring shared spaces, and overall making sure your house is feeling safe, this is the perfect solution.
